Gratitude Galore: Preparing Our Hearts for Thanksgiving

As we approach the holiday season, it's a perfect moment to pause and reflect on the abundance of blessings that God has graciously poured out on our ministry this year. At Because Justice Matters, we’ve witnessed His favor in ways that have left us in awe—doors have opened, hearts have been healed, and lives have been transformed. This is a time to rejoice in the faithfulness of our God, who is ever-present in the work we do together.

During this time of year, gratitude is often emphasized, but we as a team believe this is a lifeline posture of the heart. In Philippians 3:1, we are reminded to celebrate to safeguard our faith. The rhythms of remembering, practicing gratitude, and cultivating celebration invite us to see beyond the challenges and look into the faithfulness of a God who walks with us through every valley and victory.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing stories and reflections on the many ways God has shown up for us this year. From new partnerships to lives impacted by our ministries, we have so much to be grateful for.
