JOIN BJm’s LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Intensive

 Our current trainings have been postponed, but are scheduled to relaunch in 2024.

 In this program, you will gain hands-on experience balancing the priorities of multiple ministries and departments in a rapidly growing organization whose ministries directly impact the lives of the women and children we serve.

You will be an integral and equal part of our effective and committed BJM team. We are looking for motivated individuals who desire to immerse themselves in all aspects of ministry work and operations.

With coaching and guidance from staff, you will gain a broad experience and develop fundamental leadership skills in an urban ministry context through meaningful, ministry-driven work and non-profit management.
